Cardiff born British cycling champion and member of Team Wiggins, Owain Doull, carried out his first engagement as Celebrity Ambassador for the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity recently.  Owain visited the children’s hospital to meet up with the organisers of the Carten100 Bike Ride.  He is encouraging cyclists to sign up for the highly regarded Cardiff to Tenby bike ride, which will take place on Saturday 7 May in aid of the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity.

The Carten100 team supported Noah’s Ark back in 2013, raising over £77,000 for the hospital’s new lung function laboratory. Visiting the newly-opened laboratory on his visit, Owain learnt how the new state-of-the-art equipment has made a tremendous difference to the lives of hundreds of respiratory patients, who travel from across Wales for diagnosis and treatment.
