“I became involved in Noah’s Ark after my son was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia 10 years ago. I felt I wanted to give something back to the hospital after having such amazing service and using the great facilities on Sky ward. I feel my input is beneficial having had first hand experience of being the mum of a patient for 2 years. I would like to think I know what can make a difference to the children’s and family’s lives while they are in hospital.”
