Hey runner! Welcome to your Virtual Half Marathon challenge.
We hope you’re looking forward to getting started. If you’re a bit nervous, don’t worry. The weekly training plans below are designed to help you get the most out of your Virtual Half Marathon. Just imagine how chuffed you’ll feel at the end of March when you’ve run/walked a total of 13.1miles.
Something to note is that you are more than welcome to run, walk or a variation of the two. Whichever is the most comfortable and suited to your ability.
