This Christmas, we’re asking YOU to take one of our fabulously festive Noah’s Ark socks back to your office, workplace, school, or home and fill them with loose change throughout December. Think of it like a ‘reverse advent calendar’!
A little red sock can make a big difference at Noah’s Ark!
Popping your pounds and pennies into one of our special red socks will help to support our new Jungle Ward Appeal!
The Jungle ward at the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales, treats children and young people with a broad range of medical conditions. These include special and complex needs, chronic long term diseases like cystic fibrosis and acute conditions like diabetes, asthma and Crohn’s disease. It also provides specialist care for patients recovering from neurological injuries and young people in mental health crises. The Jungle Ward Appeal aims to raise funds for purpose built facilities and equipment for these children, creating an environment that promotes well-being and provides the best possible chance of recovery.
The money raised from this appeal will help to fund a new Jungle Ward, designed specifically with the need of its patients in mind. So, by filling our Noah’s Ark socks this Christmas, you can make a real difference to children and families across Wales!
