Emotional support questionnaire

We are currently supporting our clinical colleagues in a review of the emotional support services that Noah’s Ark families have access to during their hospital stays.

If your child is or has been a patient of the children’s hospital, we would love to learn more about your experiences in this area. Your feedback could help shape and enhance the provision of professional emotional support to families at the Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital for Wales over the coming years.
