This year as part of our Christmas celebrations we were delighted to once again fill the children with panto spirit with the help of Chaplins Panto Company, set in Happy Town where the Magic Castle is the most wonderful place in the world.
Everyone is always happy and worries are a thing of the past, that is until SQUIRE SLUG (the evil villain) learns that all the happiness is due to QUEEN ANNIE GOBSTOPPER’s Magic Wand and decides to steal it.
The patients, staff and families followed their hero BETTY BANANA and her friends on their quest to ensure that Happy Town remained happy.
It was a great day and all the Children loved it! We’d like to say a big thanks to our kind friends at Leeds Building Society who sponsored the Pantomime, which allowed us to put on this special treat for the young patients at Christmas!
